Our strategic planning Community Survey deadline has been extended to this Friday, December 9. If you haven't already, please take it here. Thank you!

Save Our Granite Stages Round 2 is open! Eligibility has been broadened for this round: nonprofit and for-profit venues that seat 1500 or less and production entities that produce in such venues are now eligible. Venues and production entities that received initial Shuttered Venue Operator Grants (SVOG) are also eligible. The application deadline is Friday, January 27. Click here for details, including information on two live Zoom workshops that will be held to review the guidelines and application process.

NEA Grant Opportunities:
NEA Literature Fellowships in Translation—Through fellowships to published translators, the NEA supports projects for the translation of specific works of prose, poetry, or drama from other languages into English. Deadline: Thursday, January 12, 2023.
NEA Big Read
—An initiative of the NEA in partnership with Arts Midwest supporting community reading programs each designed around a single NEA Big Read book selection with the goal of inspiring meaningful conversations, artistic responses, and new discoveries and connections in each community. Intent to Apply deadline: Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
Creative Forces Community Engagement Grants—Part of the NEA’s Creative Forces®: NEA Military Healing Arts Network, this grant program is a partnership with Mid-America Arts Alliance, that supports arts engagement projects that address the distinct experiences, challenges, and strengths of a broad military-connected population, including active duty service members, guardsmen, reservists, and veterans, as well as their families and caregivers.
